Recruiter Intermediate (3-6 years)
Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Recruiter Intermediate with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the recruitment industry. As a Recruiter Intermediate, your main responsibilities will revolve around sourcing and evaluating candidates for a variety of positions, presenting qualified candidates to the hiring manager for review, and overseeing the hiring process. Responsibilities: • Actively participate in the recruitment process for a diverse range of positions • Leverage various recruitment tools and strategies to source potential candidates • Conduct a thorough evaluation of candidates to ensure their skills and experience align with job requirements • Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and provide a comprehensive review of their qualifications • Coordinate with the hiring manager to facilitate the interview process • Ensure a seamless hiring process by effectively managing all stages from sourcing to onboarding • Regularly review and update hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all recruitment activities • Resolve any issues or inquiries related to the recruitment process in a timely and professional manner • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a recruitment role • Demonstrable skills in reviewing and refining hiring processes • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases • Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle effectively • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications • Familiarity with various interview techniques and candidate screening methods • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in relation to employment offers • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
