Job Description:
+ This position is an independent contractor role, part-time
+ Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
+ Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions
+ Builds applicant sources by leveraging job boards, community services, internal/external networks, and other sources to find qualified candidates
+ Determines applicant requirements by reviewing the job description/speaking with the hiring manager
+ Works with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business requirements and requisitions
+ Responsible for conducting warm/cold calls to potential candidates
+ This role will include sourcing recruiting, scheduling, face-to-face meetings, and metric reporting.
+ Assist with other recruiting needs
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)
+ Ideally one that has recruited for the U.S. (US-based applicants for US-based clients)
+ Three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency preferred
+ Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience preferred
+ Strong communication skills
+ Knowledge of ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
