In this role you will join a talented team of collaborative Human Resources professionals that are dedicated to improving the employee experience at Sargent & Lundy. Responsibilities will likely include, but not be limited to the following:
+ Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for our company
+ Conduct in-depth searches for qualified candidates using various search engines and tools
+ Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
+ Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and provide them with a positive candidate experience
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidate profiles and pipelines
+ Manage the recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
+ Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment processes
This position offers a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in the office, and the remainder remote / virtual.
Qualifications
We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
Required qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist or similar role
+ Strong experience in identifying and sourcing top talent on LinkedIn
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
+ Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Strong customer service focus, with bias for action and desire to achieve excellence
+ Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions using qualitative and quantitative data
+ Familiarity with internet sourcing skills, such as Boolean search, and job boards like Indeed
+ Passion for process improvement
+ Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment
+ Willingness to work occasional overtime
Valued but not required skills and experience:
+ Experience at a consulting, professional services, or architecture/engineering firm
+ Experience working with iCIMS

$81,933.12 - $123,442.56
