Recruiter's at Joule contribute to Joule's success by: Sourcing and recruiting in clinical and scientific operations. Evaluating, and reviewing potential candidates to assess experience, work history, and salary requirements. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent Extending and negotiation hiring agreements Ensuring compliance requirements have been satisfied Exceed client expectations and placements within established time frames Building strong long-term client relationships Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals Required Experience : Prior Experience in a Science/Clinical or Engineering staffing firm Bachelor degree (preferred) Ability to meet established metrics and performance requirements Ability to foster communications with candidates and clients Desire to build a career in recruiting Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
