The TA team contributes to the business’s growth and overall strategy by identifying and engaging the best talent in the industry.

What Your Work Will Taste Like

In this role you will execute recruiting projects across Asia, collaborating across various functions, developing a solid understanding of assigned geographies workforce planning needs, job requirements, building market knowledge and executing recruiting strategies to attract and hire best-in-class talent for current and future needs.

Recruiting target active and passive candidates for entry and mid-level positions across various Business unit, R&D, Finance, Operations, Procurement and overall functions.

Carrying out full life cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, handling screening and conducting interviews.

Ensure candidate assessments are administered for assigned recruitment and support with best practice usage and interpretation to Hiring Team.

Represent IFF to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region.

Responsible for driving the recruiting process for assigned portfolio and act as advisor to the HR team with regards to TA process, best practices, interviewing techniques and tools.

Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.

Develop strong Market knowledge for assigned geographies across Asia.

Apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and specific candidate pools.

Effective use of social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user.

Manage end-to-end processes at our global Applicant tracking system administration.

Comply to all requisite internal policies, guidelines and external standards.

Participate in COE projects and initiatives as required. 

Your profile should look like

Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business related fields.

3-5 years’ proven track record Talent Acquisition or high volume recruiting experience with expertise in International search and hiring across Asia.

Develop effective relationships and manage expectations of Senior stakeholders on-site and remote.

Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy taking initiative and working as part of a hybrid team.

Experience in technical and manufacturing jobs in related industries such as Ingredients, Chemicals, Biosciences, Food, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods etc.

Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.

Experience with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).

Workday experience will be a plus.

Singapore government career portal experience is mandatory.

Demonstrable proficiency in successfully recruiting for a variety of positions.

Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.

Developing and executing effective strategies internationally, with a broad local and cross country market knowledge.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Persistent with a strong drive for results.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiar with Workday. Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English. Other Asian languages (standard Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai etc) fluency will be a plus.


 

This position is hybrid role, on-site presence is required at least 3 days a week at our Singapore office.
