Tom Wood Group, in Indianapolis, IN is actively seeking a passionate and proactive Recruiter to support our diverse hiring needs across the auto, powersports, aviation, and collision repair sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Identify, engage, and recruit candidates for various positions across automotive, powersports, aviation, and collision repair departments.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other resources to build a robust talent pipeline.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals and recruitment objectives.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.Support recruiting efforts by attending career fairs, community events, etc.  

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in HR, related field, OR equivalent work experience.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in automotive, powersports, aviation, or collision repair sectors.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentExcellent communication and written skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and independent  Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively on a team and independently Possesses aptitude to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and/or other recruitment systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
