key responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and priorities of specialized roles. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to address current and upcoming staffing needs. Search for candidates using LinkedIn, local university networks, and job boards. Partner with recruitment agencies as necessary to fill difficult to source roles. Conduct initial candidate screenings and arrange phone interviews and in-person interviews. Communicate with candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they are informed and engaged. Provide detailed information about the company, role, and local area to enhance candidate experience. Manage candidates experience from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
