Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of at-home care roles, including caregivers, registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), therapists, and administrative support.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach programs.
Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company values and patient-centered approach.
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating new hire paperwork, orientation, and initial training.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and prioritize critical roles.
Job Posting: Craft compelling job descriptions that highlight our mission and attract candidates passionate about at-home care.
Retention Support: Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance: Verify that all candidates meet licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Employer Branding: Promote our organization as an employer of choice by attending community events, building relationships with schools and training programs, and leveraging social media platforms.
