Description We are in search of a Recruiting Assistant in Madison Heights, Michigan to join our team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be instrumental in the recruitment process for our hourly employees, including sourcing, resume reviews, conducting pre-screens, arranging interviews, and leading onsite tours. You will also be responsible for managing pre-tests, tracking turnover rates, and time-to-permanent results. Responsibilities • Facilitate the recruitment process for hourly employees • Source potential candidates and meticulously review resumes • Conduct pre-screening interviews over the phone • Arrange interviews in conjunction with the Recruiting Manager • Lead onsite tours for potential permanent employees • Articulate production requirements to potential permanent employees • Provide a warm welcome to applicants in person and over the phone • Manage pre-tests for potential permanent employees • Track turnover rates and time-to-permanent results • Utilize technology to streamline recruitment processes, including ADP Workforce Now, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, and Background Checks This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Role: Recruiting Assistant • No minimum years of experience required. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now. • Familiarity with Careerbuilder is preferred. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Knowledge of About Time software. • Ability to conduct thorough background checks. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience in recruitment sourcing. • Experience conducting phone screens. • Ability to schedule interviews efficiently. • Familiarity with onboarding processes.
