What you will be doing:

1. Welcoming applicants
• Welcomes daily candidates.
• Provides the corresponding forms of job application.
• Keeps and maintain records of all applicants on a daily basis (in the system).

2. Provide guidance to the applicants
• Guidance to applicants through the recruitment and selection process:
a. Interview
b. Test administration
c. Roleplay explanation
d. Medic exam
e. Filling in forms
f. Solve questions, etc.

3. Tests administration
• Prints and provides instructions to take the corresponding tests.
• Administers tests accordingly
• Roleplay administration based on client requirements

4. Documentation request
• Provides detail on the corresponding documentation that the applicants should gather and bring to the recruitment office.
• Makes and takes phone calls from the applicants to provide information or instructions.

5. Filing
• Creates folders per applicant/candidate to ensure all documentation has been properly provided.
• Ensures checklist is complete
• Verifies veracity of the documentation provided.
• Attaches corresponding testing results (psychological tests, medical tests, background checks, etc.)

Area of expertise (Skills)

1.       Strong written and oral communication.

2.       High school diploma or GED equivalent

3.       6 months experience in Human Resources Administrative position

4.       Ability to manage multi-line phone system.

5.       Minimum 40/wpm typing speed.

6.       Working knowledge in the following software

a.        Microsoft Office Professional Suite 97

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

1.0  Desired Qualifications

1.       1+ years experience in Human Resources related field.

2.       Knowledge of  employment law

3.       Prior experience with Cobra and insurance paperwork

4.       Knowledge of ADP software
