Available Location: Mexico City, MX What you'll do

Cloudflare is growing our Recruiting Team in Mexico City. Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our North America team, where you will work closely with Recruiters, Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers across the organization. 

This role is: 1) a 12 month contract and 2) hybrid and will require you to come into the office.

What you can expect

Be a key member of the Recruiting team, partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a great candidate experience. Schedule and coordinate video, phone, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy at high volume. Regularly maintain recruiting applicant tracking system, candidate trackers and dashboards to ensure information and tasks are up-to-date. Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with candidates, peers, and hiring managers. Spear-head creative candidate experience efforts to augment virtual and onsite interviewing experiences. Deliver a top-notch recruiting experience for all candidates during all phases of the recruiting cycle. Coordinate candidate travel & assist with candidate expenses process. Perform administrative duties as required to support the local People & Places team. Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional projects. Manage recruiting processes and projects to improve efficiency of overall Recruiting team.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

Experience coordinating complex, high-volume meetings or interviews. Experience in prioritizing functions and tasks while meticulously managing work time and projects. Resourceful to navigate and find creative solutions in ambiguous environments. Ability to solve complex tactical problems. Extremely detail oriented Team player Knowledge of GSuite applications.  Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
