Position Summary 

Supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with Human Resource recruiting functions. The Recruiting Assistant will assist HR with the process of recruitment which would include posting of jobs in the applicant tracking system, send offer letters to selected candidates (internal transfers and external candidates), and set up onboarding appointments for new hires. 


Minimum Qualifications 

Minimum Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.  Minimum Experience:  At least two years clerical experience. HR experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
