Delaware North is searching for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join us in Boston, Massachusetts to bring our global talent strategy to life. In this role, you will provide support to our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring new team members to our company. **What will you do?**
+ Provide assistance to candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience
+ Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention
+ Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables
+ Partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward
**More about you**
+ No high school diploma or GED required
+ Minimum 18 months' experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business
+ Has a passion for recruitment, sound judgment, and exceptional customer service, time management, and computer skills.
+ Agile in thinking and approach
+ Self-motivated and resilient
+ Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
