Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description:

With a range of accountabilities, from providing administrative and scheduling support to being a candidate’s initial exposure to the Ventas culture, the Recruiting Coordinator is a critical member of the Ventas Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across functions, helping ensure Ventas attracts and hires excellent talent.  

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, schedule and track candidate interviews, including booking travel arrangements when needed; organize and schedule post-interview debrief/feedback meetings with interview teamsUsing DocuSign and internal systems, produce and maintain offer letters and contracts; Ensure documents (applications, background checks, pre-employment assessments) are completed and saved appropriatelyAdminister pre-employment candidate assessmentsCreate and provide behavioral based interview guides to interviewersRequest, monitor, and follow up on pre-employment background checks and drug screeningsMaintain staffing contracts and recruitment resources, and coordinate new vendor set upAssist with the system administration of the applicant tracking systemAssist with recruiting marketing efforts, including attending on-site campus career fairs and posting open positions to college job boardsAssist in coordinating Summer Internship ProgramMake recommendations on improving recruitment, new hire and other HR processesAssist with other projects as neededDepending on career goals of Coordinator and opportunity, may provide sourcing support and perform initial phone screens

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferredA minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrationKnowledge and prior experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday, a plus but not requiredCollaborative, flexible work style; willingness to reach out to stakeholders to gather necessary informationExcellent follow-up skillsStrong organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationFast learner; proficient with Outlook Calendaring, Word, Excel, and general ease with technology
