MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Hendersonville, NC. As a Recruiting Coordinator position, provides administrative support, screens and interviews candidates, and works closely with Staffing Specialists to match quality candidates with job openings while also handling receptionist duties and candidate orientation processing. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Conduct background checks, education verifications, and drug testing as part of the hiring process Manage recruitment communications, ensuring accurate information about vacancies, coordinating orientation activities, developing strategies for improved office logistics, and attending branch meetings Offer overall administrative support to the employment and recruitment team, including documentation and record maintenance Regularly review work orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and the Operations Manager to achieve staffing goals Interview candidates for all transactional and project accounts Source and recruit qualified candidates through online platforms such as the company website, Indeed, and other job boards Schedule interviews, pre-screening assessments, client meetings, and orientations Communicate candidate status to the Staffing Specialist following orientation Conduct monthly branch audits and maintain inventory for client-required items such as shirts and personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with receptionist duties, including signing in candidates and helping applicants complete their applications Maintain accurate employment records and conduct audits in collaboration with recruiting leadership Supervisory Responsibility There are no direct supervisory responsibilities.
