Recruiting Coordinator
Job Title: Recruiting CoordinatorJob Description Position Overview: We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Non-Exempt Recruiting Program Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Non-Exempt Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews for non-exempt candidates, managing travel arrangements, overseeing Purchase Card transactions related to recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with internal candidate eligibility and rehire checks. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-train within TA. The ability to deliver a high level of customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Recruiting Program Coordinator, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage complex tasks with efficiency and accuracy while prioritizing exceptional customer service. Hard Skills + Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience + Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or related administrative roles + Proficient in using scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Soft Skills + Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure + Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 156 Weekly. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Marysville, Ohio and some days remote. Work Environment Collaborative environment with close interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members. Emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.
