Job Description

Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of our client. This candidate will be an organizational guru who works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possesses great communication skills, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.Required SkillsAt least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsSuperb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Work Environment

The office is located in Downtown Nashville. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and allowing work from home on Thursday and Friday. The environment is fast-paced, and there will be an expedited on-the-job learning process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
