Job Description

Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of our client. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.Arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.Essential Skills1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsSuperb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Work Environment

This is a hybrid position on contract. You will be expected to be in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and can work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Initially, you will be onsite in the Seattle Wainwright building. Once trained and approved by your manager, you can work out of the Grace location in Bellevue. If converted to a full-time role, you will be expected to go onsite 5 days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
