Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\nManage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.\nScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.\nConduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.\nMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nAssist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.\nCommunicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.\nSupport the HR team with onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
