**About the Team and Role**
Neuberger Berman’s HCM Recruiting Team is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across the Firm. The Recruiting Team is comprised of experienced, results driven Recruiters and a Recruiting Operations Associate. The team is looking to add a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who can support the Recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient coordination of various recruitment related responsibilities. This person will play a key role in streamlining the entire hiring process, improving the candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring data integrity across all recruiting tools and systems. This person will be based in New York and will report into the Director of Recruiting.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Schedule a high-volume of video, on-site, and phone interviews through our scheduling platform in Workday Recruiting
+ Be the liaison between Recruiters, agency recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely execution on scheduling and providing updates
+ Greet and escort candidates during their onsite interviews to the appropriate conference room
+ Assist with planning for diversity-related events, campus events, and other recruiting conferences/events
+ Own various recruiting projects, including agency management within ServiceNow and support our internal mobility efforts
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 1-3 Years of work experience, preferably in recruiting or another HR-related field within financial services
+ Experience with Workday Recruiting (ATS) is preferred
+ Someone who exhibits a high level of organization skills, high attention of detail, high sense of urgency, timely responsiveness, and ability to be agile and prioritize tasks as needed
+ Strong communicator and displays a professional etiquette when engaging with candidates and internal/external stakeholders
+ Natural problem solver and has experience with process implementation/changes
+ Flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
