Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the interview scheduling process for non-employee (contractor) positions, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, staffing agencies, hiring managers, and interview teams. Additionally, you will oversee the contractor onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews for contractor positions across multiple teams.Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and candidates to determine suitable interview times.Manage communication with candidates and their staffing agency regarding interview logistics and preparation.Ensure interview schedules are updated and aligned with team needs and candidate availability.Onboarding:
Facilitate the contractor onboarding process, including the collection of necessary documentation (e.g., PIIAA, User Acceptance Policy, etc).Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, etc.) to ensure contractors have everything needed for their first day.Offboarding:
Manage the contractor offboarding process at the end of their engagement.Communicating end dates to the contractor’s employer (staffing agency) Coordinate return of company property, access revocation, and documentation completion.Facilitate the contractor offboarding process, including the collection of necessary documentation (e.g., Contractor Exit Acknowledgment).\tCommunication & Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors during their time with the company and interfacing with staffing agencies as needed.Provide timely updates and reports on the status of interviews, onboarding, and offboarding to hiring managers, staffing agencies, and HR.Track and maintain records for contractors’ start/end dates and document their employment status in the internal systems.Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.Maintain and update contractor databases and other relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working recruitment coordination, HR, MSP (managed service provider) or administrative support role.Experience with employment law compliance related to co-employmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, contractors, staffing agencies, and internal teams.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.Familiarity with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (Namely or Workday) and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
