Recruiting Coordinator

Day-to-day:
What youll do:
Schedule video and onsite interviews for machine learning candidates
Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system
Communicate with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
Maintain scheduling metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
Act as a brand ambassador for Snap Inc. throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and during all communications with candidates
Support interviewer training and shadow processes
Support headcount and requisition management
Partner with the ML Recruiting team to maintain clean data in the ATS
Pay rate: $26-$30/hr
