Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $35-40/hour Location: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hourBenefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and Holidays ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring team
Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and necessary information regarding the recruitment process
Assist in the preparation and posting of job roles both internally and externally.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packages, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed
Keep track of background screening status and help when there are hold-ups to speed up the completion and bring forward the new hire’s start date
Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on observations and candidate feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a recruitment or HR settingStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive stakeholder experienceSkilled in using ATS systems as well as Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the roleWrites, speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication setting. Will be communicating with candidates, managers and peersPursue work with energy, drive, and results orientation to positively impact Client's business successWorks in partnership with others and encourages different perspectives, while building and maintaining trustWillingness and ability to align one’s behavior with the needs, priorities, and goals of ClientHigh School diploma or GED required
