Recruiting Manager
Securitas is seeking a Recruiting Manager for our Grove City, OH location.
About Securitas USA: With over 640 local branch managers and approximately 86,000 security officers, Securitas provides unmatched security solutions to meet the specific needs of thousands of businesses. Our service offerings include specialized guarding, mobile guarding, remote guarding, and corporate risk management.
As the Recruiting Manager, you will manage all recruiting and hiring functions for our Grove City, Ohio location managing a team of 7. This office hires approximately 75 to 100 people per week and is very fast paced.
You will also have responsibilities to:
Manage all recruitment needs. Develops recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs. Advises line management on recruiting and employee retention efforts. Manage compliance in hiring. Develop ongoing effective relationships that will result in increased applicant flow. Have coaching and counseling skills. Possess top notch organization skills.To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:
Experience managing a team. Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment. A minimum of two years’ experience. Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity. Starting salary is based on experience is $60,000 to $70,000 plus a great benefit package that includes:
