We can discuss part-time options starting at 30 hours per week. This role is fixed-term until December 31, 2026.

What you can expect:

\n\tYou'll take charge of end-to-end recruiting for your executive area. From understanding requirements to selecting the perfect recruiting channels and negotiating contracts – you are the go-to expert!\n\tCollaborate with the leadership team to identify requirements and medium-term needs, crafting efficient recruiting strategies that truly support your area.\n\tAs a subject matter expert, you'll design aptitude diagnostic tools and proactively identify the need for modifications or new developments.\n\tBe the first point of contact for the Strategic HR Business Partner, offering insights and recommendations from internal and external data.\n\tChampion topics beyond your executive area, working closely with the TL Recruiting and other stakeholders.\n\tImplement standards, processes, and communication materials together with the TL Recruiting, providing professional guidance to our recruiters.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tWith at least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.\n\tYou're adept at using diagnostic methods and apply them skillfully in your interviews.\n\tYou know exactly where to find the right candidates and can present HUGO BOSS in a way that captivates them.\n\tBuilding and nurturing trusting relationships with your departments comes naturally to you.\n\tYour excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with your charismatic personality, make you the ideal fit.\n\tFluent English and German skills are a must.\n
