Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Recruiting Manager for a full-time role with a client that is an industry leader of scheduled and emergency power generator maintenance, repairs and sales. This will be based out of their new business development office in King of Prussia, PA. This Manager will focus on the recruitment of Sales and Business Development professionals for the organization. They will handle outbound recruiting, career fairs and interviews to achieve the companies increased hiring goals for 2025 and beyond. This person will be the sole Recruitment professional for around 1 year, but will eventually have the opportunity to build out a team and formal Recruitment program.
