Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Talent Acquisition and Enablement Manager. The Corporate Talent Acquisition and Enablement Manager is responsible for recruiting operations and full cycle recruiting for Allied Universal’s growth business units. The Manager will work closely with business unit leadership and recruiting teams to analyze applicant flow, process, and system effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Director of Recruiting Enablement, business unit leaders and external vendors to advance recruiting operations through reporting, process improvement plans and training:Provide formal and informal training and coaching to recruiting teams and leaders on interview trends and techniques. Focus on reviewing job descriptions, requisition management, assessing competencies and improving systems and toolsDevelop effective recruiting strategies through the ongoing analysis of market conditions, talent landscape, applicant flow data, sourcing methods, social media and recruiting metricsCommunicate with recruiting teams and leadership, presenting creative solutions for addressing gaps in job posting performance, sourcing strategy effectiveness and time-to-hire delaysPartner with the Marketing Department to strengthen the talent brand and the Recruitment Center of Excellence (RCOE) to develop comprehensive analytics and metrics to monitor the recruitment progress and strategies of each business unit effectivelyCollaborate with hiring managers to effectively match a candidate profile with competency requirements, cultural fit and diversity and inclusion goalsUtilize innovative sourcing techniques to establish multi-channel sourcing and talent pipelining strategiesInfluence leadership throughout the talent selection process to ensure an effective partnership and to streamline the interview process, quality of hire and overall candidate and hiring manager satisfactionOrganize and lead review discussions with leadership and manage details from negotiation to onboardingQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of studyAssociate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study with minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years of recruiting experienceMinimum of five (5) years of recruiting experienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience coaching, training, and influencing hiring managers/team membersProven experience coaching and training while managing a desk of open and pipeline searches; ability to thrive on accountability for individual and team performanceExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS and LinkedIn RecruiterAnalytical skills to identify trends through data analysis and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking and change management skills to identify areas for improvement and create solutions for cultural and process changesSelf-motivated, agile, confident, persuasive, sound judgement and persistent personality with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, influence leadership and pivot direction based on the needs of the businessAdvanced level knowledge leading full lifecycle recruiting for exempt and nonexempt positions; includes sourcing, qualifying, assessing, legal compliance, job analysis, wage, and salary trendsCollaborative and consultative relationship skills, along with the ability to act as a talent advisor with a service-oriented mindsetOutstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to modify messaging based on the audienceAble to interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player and handle sensitive information with appropriate discretionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
