The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of full-cycle recruitment, demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring talent, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Individuals play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition department by helping drive candidate demand, hiring talent, managing the candidate experience and building relationships with business stakeholders.
