By leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence, we continuously refine our programming to ensure we are aligned with the evolving needs of the business and the ever-changing landscape of the tech industry.We believe that by investing in the growth and development of our people, we can build a workforce that drives innovation, collaboration, and success.The focus for this role will be supporting the build out of our emerging talent AI programs. **Required Skills:** Recruiting Program Manager - (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities: 1. Support the design and delivery of programs for early-in-career talent at Meta 2. Partner closely with engineering teams to meet current business needs while balancing a scalable program framework. 3. Design and lead training for program stakeholders and participants 4. Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support global programs and ensure data integrity 5. Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities 6. Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners 7. Participate in global projects to improve the overall program 8. Hone participant and manager care strategy, to answer questions and escalations at scale 9. Develop project plans and work-back plans with a high level of accountability in an environment with shifting priorities **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Project Management: at least 2 years of experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution 11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally on complex programs or projects 12. Global Impact: Experience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects 13. Data Analysis: Experience synthesizing data and making recommendations 14. Operations: Experience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, operations with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness 15. Care and Support: Experience with employee, candidate or program participant care, including handling escalations and inquiries and developing support resources/surveys **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. Bachelor's Degree 17. Experience building communication plans/strategies at scale 18.
