Beacon Hill is assiting their client in Shoreview, MN in finding a Recruiting Specialist on a temp-to-hire basis! This role will prefer those that have healthcare recruiting background, ability to work in a hybrid capacity and expereince working with Paycor.

Job Summary:

The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, enhancing the candidate experience, managing onboarding processes, and collaborating with department leaders to meet organizational staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include hosting new hire events, providing training, optimizing recruitment tools, analyzing metrics, and contributing to HR projects.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with department leaders and HR to support our staffing and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Candidate Experience

Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.Ensure candidates experience professionalism, timely communication, and transparent expectations throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding and Training

Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, coordinating with IT, HR, and department leaders.Host quarterly welcome events and ensure a welcoming "day one" experience.Provide training to department leaders on effective interviewing techniques and compliance.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.Regularly review and refine recruitment and onboarding processes based on feedback and data.Recommend and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment efforts.

Metrics and Reporting

Analyze recruitment data and present insights to improve strategies.Maintain and report on key metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Other Projects

Collaborate with the HR Director on department initiatives.Participate in other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

4-year degree in HR, Business Management and at least 3 years working in a HR related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS systems (e.g., ATS, UKG).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
