Recruiting Specialist with German and English

If you are passionate about working with people, always aiming for continuous improvements and if you would like to be part of our exiting journey ahead, then Recruiting is your place to be! **Tasks & responsibilities** + As Specialist HR Recruiting you know your business by heart: You have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting processes and steering them with proximity to the business and HR Business Partner. + You are an Expert in the market for winning and selecting the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches. + The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews with the candidates as well as the final negotiation of the contractual conditions are part of your daily job. + Prioritization of work and manage deliverables and timelines independently + Development and decision on the appropriate recruitment strategy + Specific recruiting processes for contingent workers and apprentices may lie within your responsibility as well. **About our future employee:** You should speak German (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have min. 2 years of professional experience in Recruiting area. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
