Recruiting Supervisor
Location: Main Office - West Seneca, NY Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly Title: Recruiting Supervisor Company: BrightPath Kids / Busy Bees North America Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Supervises: 2-3 Recruiters. 1-2 Onboarding Specialists Purpose: The Recruiting Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team by developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet company objectives, attract qualified candidates, and oversee full-cycle recruitment processes across various centers and regions. This role combines leadership with hands-on recruitment tasks to ensure the organization's staffing needs are efficiently met on a wide scale. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the recruitment team to ensure recruitment efforts meet organizational goals. This includes direct involvement in recruitment activities, setting an example as a working supervisor. + Partner with leaders in the organization to determine staffing needs. + Create and maintain accurate onboarding records and provide reports on progress to management + Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates alongside Hiring Managers. + Analyze recruitment trends and metrics with Director of Talent Acquisition (NA) and Employee Relations (NA) to develop solutions, programs and policies. + Ensure recruitment teams maintains accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, Hiring Managers interactions and other recruiting activities. + Coaching and training new and current Recruiters to increase hires and productivity. + Continued understanding of current industry/market trends and using knowledge for recruiting improvements within those markets. + Guide the Onboarding Specialist on methods to gather the new hire paperwork to ensure compliance. + Implement new strategies as it relates to Onboarding to build up brand awareness with new hires on day one.
