JOB SUMMARY The Recruiting Systems Specialist serves as a member of the Recruiting Systems Specialist in partnership with other Talent Advisors and the Talent Manager. Customer groups extend across multiple states and include operations managers throughout the CDCN network. The Recruiting Systems Specialist is responsible for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, compliance, documentation, and could source or recruit as volume needs arise. ATS administration involves in depth process changes, user management, advanced level troubleshooting, and great customer service skills. JOB DUTIES Manage and optimize the ATS to ensure efficient recruiting workflows Maintain and update system configurations to meet evolving business needs Provide training and technical support to recruiting teams and hiring managers on ATS usage Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Ensure proper data management, including accurate candidate tracking and reporting Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the recruitment process, particularly in relation to ATS usage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs align with broader organizational processes and compliance standards Continuously review and improve recruitment SOPs for efficiency and compliance Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare reports on key hiring metrics Regularly audit the ATS to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance requirements Lead or participate in recruiting-related projects, such as system enhancements, process improvements, and compliance initiatives Develop project plans, define milestones, and ensure timelines are met Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to achieve project objectives Use Mondaycom to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure collaboration among team members Candidate Sourcing (As Needed): Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates for various openings as required Supports our mission and values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence throughout the hiring process Promotes cultural sensitivity and supports/promotes hiring a diverse workforce Has an understanding that working in a remote environment includes increased communication, self-discipline, and time management QUALIFICATIONS Proven attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in recruiting/HR Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to organizational standards and timelines Experience developing/documenting SOPs, managing recruitment projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance, labor laws, and EEO regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems; familiarity with Monday.com for project management Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing ATS, with a preference for experience with Avature Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements If remote, candidate must provide their own reliable Internet service The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
