Recruitment Business Partner

The role will form part of our new European Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model into a business-aligned, value adding function. In this role you will truly be a key component in our European Recruitment plans.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience;Employer Branding: Promote FNZ as an employer of choice in the EMEA region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.

Experience required:

Bachelor's degree4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience from an in-house and international environment.Previous recruiting experience with high-volume roles in IT recruitmentFluent in English both verbal and written.In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.Experienced in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures.Able to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive & productive working relationships with colleagues, business leaders and managers and as well as demonstrating an understanding of the implications of internal and external politics.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with Workday is a plus
