Ann’s Choice is a beautiful 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We’re part of a growing network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.  

The position is responsible for full-cycle student hiring for our campus restaurants, as well as supporting the recruitment team with the processing of new adult hires. Compensation: $22- $26 per hour and is based on experience.

Network with local high schools and greater community to ensure candidate pipeline.

Schedule regular campus interview days with restaurant managers.

Extend server offer and generate offer letters.

Coordinate new hire paperwork with student and/or parent/guardian.  Ensure new hire paperwork is accurate, timely, and in compliance with Child Labor laws.

Coordinate first day and new hire orientation.

Assist Recruiters with processing of adult hires.  Track new hire medical appointments, drug screens, background checks, and other new hire requirements.  Follow-up and assist candidates with process to ensure efficient time-to-hire.

What you will need:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education required.

Experience with an HRIS program preferred.

Experience with MS Office.

PHR certification is desirable.

Compensation: $22- $26 per hour
