Recruitment Coordinator
- Follow the lead of another Recruitment Coordinator to ensure consistency and accuracy in the recruitment process.

- Conduct and manage comprehensive background checks, including verifying criminal history and employment or education credentials.

- Track the initiation and progress of candidate background checks, ensuring all necessary documentation, such as pay stubs or W2s, is obtained.

- Monitor time frames for background check completion and communicate status updates to relevant parties.

- Determine eligibility for conditional hiring based on pending employment or education verification.

- Serve as the main point of contact for background check inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams.
