Recruitment Coordinator

As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a vital role in recruiting and retaining the care professionals that support our clients in current and future needs. What we expect from you: Build relationships with people in a strong candidate pipeline & assess if they fit the Griswold Culture Performs on-going maintenance and audits of the care professional’s employee files. Create a positive, thorough, and welcoming onboarding experience for those care professional’s selected to join the team. Assist care professionals in completing all hiring paperwork and pre-hire requirements. Stay connected and supportive of all hired care professionals with retention check-ins and consistent communication.
