As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process including casual, agency, and full-time team members. You'll ensure our recruitment activities align with internal policies and client agreements while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings across relevant platforms and track responses.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including reference checks and document collection.Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries during the recruitment process.Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to refine recruitment processes.Work with charity partners to encourage new startersDeliver smooth and timely recruitment operations.Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment data and records.Enhance the candidate experience through professional communication and prompt updates.Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and labour laws.What we're Looking for:
Experience
Previous experience in HR or recruitment support roles.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Skills
