Job Description & Summary

our Impact 

Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within PwC Switzerland. 

Recruit actively for positions, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent. 

Drive and implement operational recruitment process excellence, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, identifying opportunities for recruitment process optimization and implementing solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Take responsibility for developing and delivering recruitment trainings to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team and ensure adherence to processes, policies and best practices. 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions. 

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into recruitment strategies and processes. 

 

 

Your Skill Set 

Proven experience (+7 years) as a Recruitment Leader or similar role in Switzerland, preferably in the professional services industry, successfully leading and managing a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, Swiss employment and immigration laws and regulations and ATS tools (Workday). 

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve recruitment goals. 

Skilled in managing high-volume recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment, utilizing recruitment software (Workday) and other relevant tools. 

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. 

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics to and make data-driven decisions. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members 

Very good oral and written skills in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
