Position Description
KBR’s global business comprises two main segments – Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
We are looking for a talented Recruitment Leader to work on permanent staff roles across a variety of functions and locations within STS.
You will require experience within the Energy industry, ideally with an element of knowledge of Energy Transition, and have a good network of contacts. Our ideal candidate will have developed their expertise in agency recruitment/RPO/BPO followed by in-house experience of hiring permanent staff, gained within a fast paced and complex organisation. Prior experience of recruiting for Engineering, Project Management, and Commercial positions is desirable.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruitment Leader are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners. You will managing all recruitment activities across all office location in India with the future expectation of building a sourcing COE to support global recruitment activities across KBR.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment team in achieving operational delivery targetsDeliver weekly management information reporting and other ad-hoc reporting requestsAttend and contribute to project and wider business resource meetingsAct as business partner to your departments, understanding their recruitment needs and guiding them on the best course of actionDrive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from needs assessment, recommendation of attraction and sourcing strategies, direct sourcing, application screening, interviews, and offer/resignation managementCollaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to ensure we are using innovative and effective candidate attraction methodsDirect sourcing and talent pooling to actively build talent pipelines for critical/niche skill setsPromoting KBR as an employer of choiceBuild and maintain excellent working relationships with preferred suppliers, and the wider recruitment and HR teamBe an advocate for recruitment processes and encourage compliance whilst demonstrating knowledge of Employment LawProvide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress with key data and metrics to support evidence-based decision makingComply with KBR’s Code of Business ConductParticipate in broader recruitment/HR initiativesSkills / Experience:
Successful track record recruiting for the Energy industry, oil and gas experience is highly desirableDemonstrable experience of leading a recruitment teamExcellent stakeholder engagement and management skillsAdept at building trusted relationships with all levels within the businessAttention to detail and comfortable doing hands-on operational recruitment at paceProficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPointPrior experience using ATS systems e.g. WorkdaySelf-starter able to utilize own initiativeNumerical with the ability to extract, interpret and present relevant dataA team player with a supportive approachCreative thinker willing to contribute ideasBeneficial Experience:
