DescriptionAssists the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the operations Manual are adhered to, especially in Recruitment function. 

Key Responsibilities- Implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.- Regularly analyses hotel manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements.- Ensures that recruitment of new employee is conducted effectively and professionally.- Motor the timely and accurate updating of internal and external recruitment advertisement- To maintain contact with different sources of labor supply i.e. labor market, campus and professional institutes.- Be responsible for the trainee management and make sure all of them could complete the internship smoothly.- Establishes and maintains effective staff relations.- Assist in preparing monthly personnel report and other related HR forms.- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Bachelor or similar degree with major work in Human Resources or related field.- A minimum of three (3) years in an HR position within the hospitality industry, a luxury brand or an international company. 
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:Local language – excellent oral and written skillsEnglish – excellent oral and written skills
