Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative strategies that showcase our organization as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities Develop and manage recruitment-focused content for careers webpages, social media, and job boards.Create compelling campaigns, including testimonials and company culture highlights, to engage diverse talent.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.Leverage social media and employee advocacy to enhance outreach and engagement.Monitor and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring a strong ROI.Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for continuous improvement.Plan and promote job fairs and external recruitment events. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or a related field.Skills:Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, and video editing tools (a plus).Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.Knowledge of social media and SaaS tools for recruitment.Additional Requirements:Valid driver’s license.Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.Why Seven Hills?
