Job Description Summary

Reporting to the EMEA Sourcing Lead, the Sourcing Specialist will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier talent to support the organization’s hiring needs. This role has a Europe wide scope and focuses on proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates across multiple sourcing channels, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless talent acquisition process.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the EMEA region.Identify and attract passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques.Stay ahead of market trends to target hard-to-find talent effectively.Regularly track, update, and analyse the candidate pipeline to ensure alignment with hiring goals.Proactively engage with potential talent through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and industry events.Nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.Provide consistent and transparent communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.Leverage tools and technology to streamline the pipelining process and enhance efficiency.

Knowledge & Experience:

Proven work experience in a sourcing or market mapping role, specifically in creating robust pipelines, ideally in EMEA.Strong talent mapping and sourcing skills from multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (various) and other social media platforms.Strong team player - flexible in approach and willing to step in and support colleagues as required.Creative in nature and being able to develop ideas into practical initiatives.Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally.IT skills (MS Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc).Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English is a must, German/French/Dutch knowledge is highly advantageous.Ability to prioritize a busy workload.Team player but has the ability to work autonomously.Applicants must hold valid work authorization for Hungary at the time of application.
