Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatoryAt least 5 years of experience in Sourcing and/or RecruitmentMinimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City Can start immediatelySkills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).Proven ability to manage and develop teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:- Supervise sourcing associates
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure team members achieve sourcing targets and maintain high productivity.
Sourcing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Monitor sourcing trends and recommend improvements.Candidate Identification & Engagement:
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage passive candidates and build relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
- Maintain a robust database of candidates for hard-to-fill rolesCollaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and target profiles.
- Provide market insights and talent availability analysis to guide recruitment strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the sourcing team and recruitment teams to ensure smooth handoffs.Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing performance, challenges, and successes.
- Leverage data to optimize sourcing efforts.Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Promote job opportunities through targeted campaigns and online channels.
