Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and online recruitment platforms.Familiarity with Workday is a plusKey Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:- Identify and source potential candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Screening & Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Job Posting & Advertising:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract applicants.
- Ensure job descriptions and postings are accurate and aligned with organizational needs.Candidate Experience:
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by being professional, responsive, and approachable.Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Support the team in executing recruitment strategies and initiatives.Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to streamline the recruitment process.
