Responsibilities

The Recruitment Specialist I will provide primary recruitment support for specified clerical and/or clinical entry-level positions. This will include sourcing, identification and presentation of qualified candidates to assigned Client Groups. Consult with HR Management and Client Groups to determine and apply probable recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting the Client Group

Salary Range: $64,369 - $79,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or another complimentary core major or 4 years equivalent Human 

 

Resources work experience.

Required: One-year recruitment experience.

Required: Valid Texas Drivers License

Special Skills

Required: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
