Description
Robert Half is seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our hospitality client’s team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates to support the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of hospitality roles.
+ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
+ Conduct initial phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and provide detailed candidate summaries to hiring teams.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
+ Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process.
+ Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure hiring success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the hospitality industry or a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
+ A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
+ High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
