+ Train and educate fellows on physician and patient encounters which will help identify the best practices and needed opportunities for improvement.
+ Provider will need to be fully present, provide objective and tactful feedback, accurately document examples and model the best practices.
+ Support Hematology/Oncology fellowship with the Department of Internal Medicine.
