SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Recycle Center Yard Helper is responsible for processing metal to prepare for shipment, inspecting loads, sorting materials and operating equipment with in a Waste Pro recycling facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Process and prepare materials for recycling, inspecting loads, removing debris from material to be recycled Maintain a clean and organized work environment both inside and outside the facility Ensure that commodities are loaded, transported and stored in an efficient and timely manner Work with the team onsite to complete daily maintenance of concrete crushing equipment including cleaning, greasing and fueling Observe and report any potential malfunctions Operate the weight station scale-Delete Line Greets and assists the public in a friendly manner providing quality customer serviceOTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned. Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
