For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) The Recycle Lead position provides the waste and recycle and upkeep of an assigned area. **Essential Functions** + Trash corral support for our client portfolio + Support pushing and pulling compactor trash bins + Remove trash corral overflow + Maintain the trash corrals clear of debris and large items + Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. + Training new staff and current staff **Responsibilities** + Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. + Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds + Trash corral support for our client portfolio + Support pushing and pulling compactor trash bins + Remove trash corral overflow + Maintain the trash corrals clear of debris and large items + Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties + Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created + May be expected to make basic repairs + Miscellaneous duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available. + Lift 50lbs+ Can work a mobile phone (Gmail and texting) work related. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Customer Service Experience + 1 yr of similar work experience REQNUMBER: 99250 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
